Todd is a Professional Life / Leadership Coach with experience in leadership, counseling, coaching and mentoring. He has walked alongside of people who have gone through difficult experiences and hardships that have impacted their view of God, and their ability to find purpose and hope. Todd's coaching style is person-centered and client-directed. Todd has a special interest in providing support and a safe space for people who have loved ones dealing with mental health challenges. He volunteers with the NEABPD (https://www.borderlinepersonalitydisorder.org) serving as a co-leader for one of their Family Connections classes. Todd coaches a variety of people from different walks of life, backgrounds, life circumstances and occupations. He also coaches clergy and non profit leaders who desire to build resilience, endurance and leadership capacity. Todd is an avid lifelong learner, a good listener, and highly relatable. He is an encourager believing the best about people. Todd strives to create a safe space for people to share at the deepest level without fear, shame or guilt. "Refined Coaching, LLC" is based on the Greek word dokimos. In ancient Greece, dokimos was used in metallurgy to describe metals that had been tested for quality and purity. Todd started Refined Coaching, LLC with a strong desire to help people live genuine, purposeful lives, and learn how to overcome hardships, roadblocks and obstacles in a way that builds character, worth and authenticity.
